Project details
Project of a social video platform that promotes content and gives control to creators and viewers through the world's first self-sustaining crypto-powered digital marketplace, where creators may gain profit from their social engagement with fans. The long-term goal is to be able to build a feature from the ground up, including infrastructure, backend, and frontend development, as well as testing and deployments. Because infrastructure is used as code to decrease complexity and increase efficiency, there is no separate DevOps or QA team. Each member of the team is accountable for the quality of product.
Your Tasks
- Working as part of a small, highly experienced cross-functional agile team
- Designing and building client-facing features while maintaining infrastructure, performance, scalability, and testability
- Encouraging technical conversation and decision-making
- Taking ownership of the entire development cycle
- Balancing on consumer impact and technical quality

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in developing highly scalable consumer-facing online apps, ideally in the SaaS space
- Experience in mobile development (React Native, Flutter, Java, Kotlin or other)
- Willingness to work with Ionic framework
- Experience with React or any other modern FE framework (Vue.js/Angular/Svelte/etc.) in creating attractive and easy-to-use user interfaces
- Desire to develop product on a continuous and proactive basis
- Willingness to learn and use new technology and best practices on a daily basis
- Very good command of the English language
