Senior Full-Stack Developer (AI)

Overview

The GenAI sales training platform, designed to provide highly effective and easily scalable sales training. This system enables sales representatives to engage in AI-powered simulated role-plays and obtain prompt feedback after every sales call. Sales personnel appreciate this solution as it offers a safe space to rehearse realistic scenarios such as discovery calls, handling objections, or negotiating prices, equipped with immediate actionable feedback. Sales leaders find the services advantageous as they contribute to revenue growth through higher conversions, shortened ramp-up time, and significant reductions in training expenditures. The solution is structured around low-latency voice-to-voice interaction with GenAI, a Web App, LLM analytics engines, advanced data pipelines, and integrations with sales software and video call platforms.

Tasks

• Constructing a state-of-the-art GenAI driven Full Stack Web Application
• Full-cycle development of significant product features within a Scrum team
• Implementing standards and conventions to optimize the development workflow
• Assessing emerging technology and suggesting solutions that reconcile business and technical obstacles
• Reducing latency within a Generative AI client-server setting
• Establishing the groundwork to scale both the technology and team at a rapid pace of iteration
• Contributing to the team's formation from its inception

Requirements

• Over seven years of professional experience in creating software applications for the web
• Educational background in computer science or a comparable engineering discipline
• Proficiency in developing front and back ends using contemporary React JavaScript/TypeScript and Python stacks
• Comprehensive understanding of API architectures, as well as other web services and protocols
• Practical expertise in commonly used database systems and storage technologies
• Experience in deploying and managing applications in cloud-based environments
• Exceptional communication abilities, with fluency in English
• Previous experience with deploying Machine Learning Models or utilizing APIs of providers would be a plus
• Prior experience in writing integrations for video call platforms or Salesforce would be a plus
